Afaiz Caris committed to transparency. Our 'No-Deposit' promise is built on mutual respect and professional protocol.
1. Driving Requirements
All drivers must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driving license for at least 2 years. International visitors must provide a valid domestic license or an international driving permit.
2. Insurance & Coverage
Our daily rates include comprehensive insurance. However, the driver remains responsible for any damage occurring through negligence, driving under influence, or off-road use.
3. No Deposit Policy
Afaiz Car operates on a professional trust basis. No credit card block or cash deposit is required for our standard fleet. Payment is due in full upon vehicle delivery (Cash or Bank Transfer).
4. Fuel Policy
We follow a 'Like-for-Like' fuel policy. The vehicle should be returned with the same amount of fuel as received. Refilling charges may apply otherwise.
5. Geographical Limits
Vehicles are intended for use within Morocco on paved roads only. Off-road use (Except for approved 4x4 rentals) is strictly prohibited and voids all insurance.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations are free of charge if made at least 24 hours before the pick-up time. Please notify us via WhatsApp as soon as possible if your plans change.
